It's about time lol.

The reddit article's source was the book mentioned lol.

"Druckmann and Straley stopped seeing eye-to-eye with Hennig, and that they had fundamental disagreements on where to take the Uncharted series. When Hennig left, she signed a non-disparagement agreement with the studio that would prevent both her and Naughty Dog from making negative public comments about what had happened, according to people familiar with the arrangement"
I thought this was fairly obvious but it's nice to see it said somewhere else. I don't blame ...

I would publish a new fable set in the time period of the original. A competent independent developer would crush sales.

I would publish another condemned because the IP is waiting.

Stark's face looks too "Disney" to me.

I'm not sure you have a full grasp on what the dmca is. A private company has nothing to do with free speech unless they use law (dmca) to silence speech. They have zero right to hinder fair use no matter how offended they are. That's not what the law covers and they can't "cut ties" with someone that didn't work for them to begin with.

I understand they're doing it to make a point or signal a certain crowd but the dmca isn't a tool for social justice. You don't get to pick and choose who incorporates fair use footage. "I don't like this guy so I'm going to dmca." The abuse of the dmca has quickly watered down its true purpose.

A new hero should get the spotlight for awhile in my opinion. A new arkham would be more impactful if it had a rest.

To be fair, it does have "she" in the name. But it is insane to assume one's gender.

Lately (the last few years) I would agree. Western developers have prioritized story over gameplay and Japanese games have largely been built around gameplay. That's not to say there arent exceptions on either side or that it has always been this way. I think Japan's massive comeback has been largely due to their main focus on gameplay again. They were in the same rut that western developers are starting to fall into now where every game is pretty much the same.

Statistically, Asian Americans do much better than white americans in terms of math, technology, sciences and the careers offered within them. Everything from family income to education is dominated by Asian Americans. How are asians discriminated against at all from a general standpoint lol? Nothing relating to your personal struggles but more of the plight of the Asian collective?

On topic: I think this is great. It's kind of like creating your name in the stick of tr...

They tried to reach all audiences and now they are having trouble trying to reach the most important audience, the MvC fan.

I'm not saying you won't enjoy it I'm just speaking for me.

Me too. I'm saying I preferred the grinding of destiny 1 to the hollow story of destiny 2.

The story sucks so far but I'm only a few hours in. I was one of the people who chastised destiny 1 for not having a story but after playing destiny 2 it all makes sense. Bungie sucks at telling stories. I actually prefer the grind of the first destiny.

What was harsh about what I said? I wasn't really talking about this scenario in particular, I was speaking on the "journalists should be good at games debate". In order to review a game I think it is important lol. If they were just playing around then it's no big deal. Like I said, anybody can do that.

Presenting newly announced games and such is not the same as reviewing a game. Anyone can present information provided by a publisher. Not just anyone can review the intricacies and nuances of game design and judge it fairly. How are you going to judge a game fairly if you can't get passed the tutorial? It's not being mean, it's just the truth. Why would anyone listen to what they have to say?

CNN is probably the worst example you could have used btw lol. They p...

I don't trust the opinion of someone who can't play games. As a publication, why would you task a casual with a difficult game? If you don't have a proficient gamer on your staff then why are you even in game journalism at all?

Have you seen the size of the pipes in the mushroom kingdom? The plumber as a profession has become obsolete. Donkey Kong could shower for decades.

I'd take a stealthy, cover based black widow game. It's the only avenger that makes sense for that style of gameplay. Maybe Hawkeye? Somebody mentioned punisher earlier and that would be even better.
