All the reviews I've seen so far say otherwise.
5/5 Cool, I'm gonna try this out!
I really enjoyed the Summer of Arcade , although I still haven't received my download code for Crimson Alliance yet - I think it's out tomorrow.
From Dust is my personal fav of the bunch.
Flamebait article , avoid, it's not worth wasting your time over.
Motion controllers (MC) don't appeal to everyone. But I don't see them as a gimmick.
They present new possibilities, and could lead to new innovations. They've made gaming more accessible , and are arguably better suited to particular genres then regular controllers.
If MCs are not to your personal taste then fine, don't buy them. But that doesn't mean they're bad, and it doesn't mean that other people can't enjoy them.
I understand the point he makes about the trade off between improved graphics and increased price, but, the current gen consoles ( as good as they are) could still be improved upon in other areas.
Example , the X720 really needs bigger disc storage ( so large games can fit on one disc) , similarly the PS4 could do with a faster blue-ray drive ( so no more mandatory installs) , and the Wii U will hopefully have a online service on par with the competition.
Games with good stories I'd recommend are Alan Wake , Deadly Premonition, The Longest Journey, Lost Odyssey, Nier, Gray Matter and the Gabriel Knight and Broken Sword trilogies.
It's a competitive market , that type of thing is to be expected.
I'm pretty sure Sony and Nintendo do similar.
The registrations are open for the Beta. Found here -

Check it out , it sounds great! I've signed up for the Dragon faction!
I played this game last night, it's really funny!
Gameplay is what makes a game worth playing.
Graphics are important, but, imo, I'd prefer good gameplay + bad graphics over bad gameplay + good graphics.
I sure would like a Fatal Frame HD collection....
That's a really creepy list....
I'd have to agree , I enjoyed all of those games.
Awesome !!!
True, KUF Circle of Doom was ok , but I would've preferred a proper sequel.
KUF 2 should be out next year, have you seen the trailer?

It looks great!
I loved this game when I was a kid.
The lip-synching was pretty bad ( everyone looks like they're chewing gum) , but the story was pretty decent - the twist near the end was great.
I loved how you could customize your army and approach any level in lots of different ways, and the little details like paying attention to wind speed and direction , the sun, and use the environment to your advantage - setting fire to forests, high ground etc.
...
I'd put the Resident Evil remake on the GC on that list. The rest are pretty good choices.
Not sure if I'd class Mario Kart Wii as a remake.
Personal preference - but I preferred the original Ninja Gaiden Black and 2 to the sigma series.
Wow , really?
That's pretty cool!
I'm gonna pick this game up on Friday, looks like fun.
I hope it sells well, because that'd encourage MS to make more hardcore games for kinect.
