Indeed I haven't had many experiences with Valve customer support. Only about 4-5 different occasions for the 8 years of steam gaming. Still pretty darn horrid when it comes to it though, big turn off.

I believe MS is partly thinking this and that's why they're almost keeping a step back from the VR crowd and seeing what happens.
Could be wrong but it seems like that's what's happening with them atm.
Ahh but if you suddenly have a problem with a game or get blocked out of said game will you be happy with their customer support system?
I personally hate waiting 3-7 days for an incompetent answer that doesn't even solve the problem. I don't mean to be all negative here but it's bloody awful and goes against the most common business ethics.
I hope Valve gets live chat support at the very least.
If you're paying for any digital service, you deserve live chat support or at least a call line (Valve have neither), doesn't matter if the games you're buying are 'discounted', that's irrelevant because it's a business. Business ethics comes to mind...
Creating a private forum 'ticket' for a mod that may or may not have an answer for you after a week is just unacceptable.

Umm, have you been on another planet for the past year and 4 months? Xbox HAVE shown, they HAVE delivered and continue to do so. Prove me wrong. The support being given to the X1 is amazing and only a fanboy cannot see that.

So which is it? MS technically did play vital parts in making said games...They didn't simply hand their MS owned IP's over to outsiders and say 'be gone, finish our games'.

Partly wrong. Sumo did the Xbox 360 >PORT< of Forza Horizon 2, Playground Games and Turn 10 (Turn 10 is Microsoft Studios subsidiary) collaborated for the making for FH2...

Not sure what world you've been living in, but MCC DID sell consoles. It continues to. Halo 5 will sell even more consoles. Have you seen the preorders for that game yet? It's insane.
Back on topic: I'm kinda on the fence with the whole 'what will happen when uncharted is delayed' question. It'll be interesting to see what happens if there's no competing game to TR when it releases.
