@Bladesfist
Indeed Steam is a top not gaming network. I've been using it since 2008 and everything is superb except for one thing...
That is customer support. They fail in this department so bad that it's embarrassing. No call line. No live chat. Only support tickets (private forum posts for help) that take at least 2-3 days for an answer that you may or may not get.
That needs to change asap
My body is ready ^______^
Looks beautiful. I will def be picking this up, dat trailer just pushed me over the fence!
Suit yourself. I welcome any new features and services that offer me a far more efficient gaming experience. What's not to like about improvements?
Doom and gloom!
Nice little review. IMO the 7-8/10 mark is spot on. Plenty of substance and loads of fun to be had.
I'm in the same boat. I truly miss the days of game rentals. I've seen 3-4 local rental stores actually shut because renting is on the way out.
I had some great times hiring games, seeing if it's worth a buy. Good times now past.
Great piece.
@GameNameFame
Still banging that drum dude?
DX12 will help improve X1's performance and efficiency as well as PC, FACT.
I've seen you in almost every single DX12 article trying to downplay the facts while also trying to substantiate your claims with 1-2 year old tweets.
You're wrong and you're evidently desperate with some weird motivation to try and downplay the inevitable improvements on the way for both X1...
Wowww soo many good games! ^_^ Love it
Many do care (myself included) but there are always the casual gamers and the regular gamers that only care about playing with their mates online. I think more people do care about them than not but I base that on no facts at all, just assumptions :P
I can't wait to see what both companies have to offer when they release their respective VR headsets. Looking like a pretty healthy competition forming as we get closer and closer to release.
Me too! I just have an urge to play it now. Hopefully it's gonna be successful on X1
I hope they choose not to create a DRM back to back with 2 more DRM's with this release. They completely ruined Might and Magic Heroes VI by doing that on steam. The game itself was actually pretty good but between all the DRM logins and disconnecting randomly (losing game saves, bugging out etc.) it just killed it.
Here's to being optimistic for this release. Interesting screens, thanks for sharing.
Interesting stuff. I look forward to seeing the difference for myself when Win10 launches :)
@Aster "Sunset Overdrive was like an old man from the 70s trying to be cool"
So you're basically trying to call Insomniac old school hipsters? Lots of negativity in that comment, makes me wonder what they did you get you so cranky.
Judging by your list of comments, I see the hate flows through each and every one of them. For instance, you commented in the Hololense lead designer death thread, "Sunset Overdrive was like an old man from the 7...
Lol! Definitely shuffling his words around. I'd also name and shame but it seems like 90% of everyone here are already doing so ^_^
That's a fairly nice price for it imo. Can't say I'd have paid the full retail for it at launch but that's just me. I'm glad many people are enjoying Evolve, hopefully I'll pick it up one day :)
@Negative
You know it's funny that you say that. I was just replying to someone on EG who was saying that exact same thing, that all the positives for X1 are because of Sony.
The changes are ALL because of MS and consumers of MS products who voiced their opinion on the (possibly) bad path that MS were going to take, funny thing that not one of you people against these plans considered all the bonuses of what they were going to do. It's just bad for th...
@d_g I held back my urges to post that one lol. Nice
@Ark
But this is between the Wiiu and X1, not Wii U, X1, PC & PS4.
It IS a valid reason for the X1 whether you like it or not. Me personally, I own both of the consoles and they provide me and my friends/family with different entertainment and content.
Both a awesome in their own ways as mentioned by 3-4-5
BRUTE FORCE!
That was one of the first games I tried on the OG Xbox when I was young. Great times I had playing coop with my friends.
This is one game that I would pay anything for, omg!
