Na na na na na na na na na na na na na na Batman!
No seriously though, SO looking forward to this. We need a good Batman game.
While I think the gaming world's reaction to nudity tends to be a bit stereotypical (ie: boobies good, dongs bad) it is interesting to note that a lot of the games using female nudity (this, Conan) have featured women with chests that have slightly deflated with time. A sign of progress? Hopefully.
Heh, I can't begin to count the number of times I've come home from school in high school or had a rough day of classes or work, felt like hell, and then proceeded to mow down a crowd of people in Hitman and felt better. Something about virtual mass murder is just such a stress reliever....
....and now I sound like a psychotic.
Somehow the idea of smelling the cooked flesh of my foe after I've just burned them alive with a flamethrower seems less then ideal.
I'm all into immersion, but this might be a bit too much.
Wusses. I only wish modern RPGs would try and be as challenging as the original FF. It's antiquated, but I've hung on to my NES copy simply because it's a good retro game. Calling it unplayable is a bit extreme.
I really need to play Bioshock before this comes out.
A new Metal Gear wouldn't surprise me, although I have to wonder where they would place it in the game's mythology.
A PS3 redesign would probably be good. It's a great machine, but I can see how it might not appeal to the less hardcore crowd.
Anyone remember back in Dark Forces II: Jedi Knight how you could open a secret area where Sam (he's the bunny right?) would come and help you kill Stormtroopers? Always thought that was a neat extra.
Exactly, the problem isn't that PC's are bad gaming machines, it's that consoles are cheaper and becoming powerful enough to do most of what computers can do. Why constantly upgrade a PC when you get a console game just as good that's guaranteed to work?
Back in the N64 days I lived and breathed Star Fox. It sucks how the game has fallen prey to Nintendo's lack of doing anything with their series.
I am so looking forward to this game. I can't wait until comes out and I can start whomping the hell out of Batman thugs.
Sackboy is fine, I suppose. I get a kick out of him in the Solid Snake get up.
I have liked Wii games in the past, but honestly the examples you gave didn't interest me and I am one of those gamers that looks hard for good stuff to play.
I want a remake of Resident Evil 2 damn it! Best game in the series bar none.
I think you may a be tad confused friend. VI had no jobs system, III was the first to introduce it, followed by V which expanded upon it.
Yeah, it saddens me a little that DDR is kind of being left behind this gen. It's such an addictive game.
Glad to see so much Kefka love out there.
The GBA port actually got a retranslation. For all intents and purposes it's pretty good, although I know some fans took issue with some of the unnecessary name changes that took place.
ie: Madonna is now Madelaine or some weird bs.
How so? I mean, if we want to talk pure semantics, no, it isn't a sheer perfect game. But what do you think is wrong with it?
Yeah, where the hell was The 3rd Birthday? The PSP received so much screen time this year, it seems a bit weird that they didn't show it off any.
