But will it be 1080p? You can't just make up for deficient hardware, with software. Of course console graphics improve, with optimizations over time. I fear by the time they start hitting 1080p, Sony will have already moved on to higher fidelity for their exclusives.

Agreed. Although the nintendo 64 is right there with it, but the diverse amount of games the ps2 had, is still not replicated. There was a game for literally everyone that had different tastes.
That market is growing kinda like Watch Dogs, where's it's the near future not totally unbelievable. As we're going more digital, that form of distribution will be preferred as it's advantages are available to those with improved internet speeds. This summer's launch of PS Now is gonna be important to how fast this market grows.

Like I said before, something is going on at SCEA. What a terrible few weeks they have had. The Sony Santa Monica layoffs, fallout with Jennifer Hennig from Naughty Dog, lack of advertising for PS Vita since it's launch. SCEE and SCEJ seemed to have their stuff together, but SCEA has been a mess for a while.

For example, being able to share your scares, hilarious moments from characters like in Mass Effect or have people help you find secret items in games. Instead of another multiplayer deathmatch, the viewers can interact with the streamer and ask about the game. Is anyone surprised? There are more PS4 systems sold, than Xbox One, so this is common sense. One next gen, infamous will probably outsell titanfall because ps4 is available in more regions and is more than 1 million units ahead of the competitor.
