The PS Vita has a high attach rate. So consumers that generally get their hands on the system, love it. Sony did right by removing one barrier from increasing the install base, which was the high price. The first party vita games coming are good, but the third parties need to step up and help out. Nothing is gonna change if someone doesn't take a risk.

Battlefield premium is a scam. Why should I pay 49.99 to get the full experience? Exclusive/early DLC is NOT a system seller. It's stupid, and punishes people for purchasing the console of their choice. Sure they're incentives but they split the mutliplayer community.

Destiny comes out next year, probably even later than titanfall and yet it has more pre order numbers. Titanfall has more press, and marketing and has more numbers. That's not really reassuring.
