Jokes aside this was always going to happen, plus side to this is that there won't be cod next year and this one is actually one of the better ones. That's just ridiculous. Until VR is affordable or has killer apps it's just a gimmick to me, I've tried it and it's cool and all, but it will never replace traditional gaming which at this price it really needs to...

Because it's a boring wannabe live service grind fest with sub par visuals and performance, with terrible writing. Takes away all the arsenal, makes enemies punch sponges. It's a terrible game mate.
Don't think a remaster is necessary, just maybe doing FPS boost and upping the res to 4k, Xbox can do that with no Dev input so the only thing I can think of why not is due to a chargable remaster coming out at some point.

Both consoles dropped below 1080p, became more prevelant as the gen went on and DRS was introduced in more games to avoid frame drops. Pretty sure some (mainly on Xbox but PS4 too) dropped to 720p, that's why most last gen games look like you're staring through plastic film on a large 4K display.
I don't mind 30fps, I will say however since getting an OLED, due to the instant response time lower frame rates are much harder to deal with.
40 is a perfect sweet spot and I'm glad more and more games support it. 40fps is bang on in between 30 and 60 in frame time which is why it's a good compromise.
Game pass I can understand, the amount of value you get is a steal.
But I slated Sony for this and Xbox will get it too, price increases on 2 year old hardware is unacceptable. You can blame the economic climate however we never saw price increases in 2008 when the situation was way worse than what it is now.
Yes things are more expensive, however productions and components get cheaper as they always have. Price hikes this far into a generation is scummy...

Remember playing this on PS2, was one of my fave games of all time.

Playing through it now, looks stunning on PS5. Also there's a lot more thoughtful stealth missions that I was expecting. Ones that enjoyed Cod 4 and all Ghilled up will be pleased.
My guy, you're the biggest nob on this site, I've got both consoles and a PC rocking a 3080, but I would never expect anyone to go shell out £2000 and if they didn't call them fan boys, if you're genuinely from Liverpool as well I can almost guarantee you're probably on benefits.

So they've changed it to better fit what game pass does.. listen I know you don't like people talking positively about Xbox or bad mouthing Playstation (your girlfriend the way you go on) but there's no need to close yourself off to deals that benefit consumers, take advantage where you can buddy.
