You are blinded by 200 games, that are mediocre. You are paying for all of them every month. That's why sale numbers doesn't matter as long as you have steady increase in service users. When sale numbers are covered by this, quality doesn't matter, only number of titles.

It isnt imposible to upgrade. You need a philips screwdriver and a 2000mA battery for ps4.
I've had x360 with AA recharable batteries, and now I have PS4. X360 batteries lasted for whole week, but when I needed to recharge I had to wait for 8 hours. Basicly I could not play my games when controler was out of juice. Ps4 controler, even tho it's lasting me for 2 days, It needs an hour to fully recharge. Sometimes I plug it in for a half an hour to play. Also, I can use any of my phone chargers, or cables. You need to be careful tho, fast chargers can damage your battery so ch...
