The Dualshock 4 already has its own form of different vibration, "tilt vibration" if you want to call it.
The feature of course will be different from game to game, but basically the idea is that if you tilt the DS4 forward, to the side, or upwards, the vibration will follow suit to that area of tilt.
While it wouldn't be as pronounced as the Xbone's controller, I see it as a different form of vibration that sets the DS4 and the Xbone contro...

1) They are PLANNING to make DLC free. At no point did Yamauchi says ALL DLCs will be free.
2) The DLC in regards to being planned as free are Vision GT cars, which means the concept cars from certain car manufacturers. Not cars from real-life.
