Looking at gameplay videos of Revelations 2, you can see how archaic and clunky the game is. It's not fluid at all.
Sorry but making clunky controls does not mean horror, this was an excuse back in the 90s but not anymore. You can make a fluid game and still make it scary. TLoU is a great example.
Wouldn't say your anticipation is wrong either. But after what DA2 did to leave bad after taste, I don't really care for the DA series anymore.

So the devs for No Man's Sky didn't do a lot of work, but with Destiny, Bungie has 500mil budget and numerous delays, but all we have at launch are 4 planets with the same monsters.
These planets aren't even THATTTT big to begin with either.
