omg the fanboy war that happens with news stories on this site is sad. as soon as one game is rumored to be non-exclusive the other side comes up with an exact same story.. just sad.
nobody actually takes them seriously. most have no name directors (which isnt always bad), sometimes very small budgets and people who dont understand the games. and then they aren't picking the right ones.
one sku is the way to go. bc will be a thing of the past as new franchises put out there next gen games. only thing id really need bc for is socom but i have cod to fill the time. the people who seem to make the biggest fuss about it are the people who never use the feature anyways.
1 sku is the way to go, whether this is the right one to cut or not is yet to be known. but wasnt jan 28th tied to some other rumor? :D
it makes sense, drop motorstorm out of 80GB and you get your $50 cut on that sku along with this other rumor. seems to be some truth.
took them long enough and its not even something official on the site. still sorta strange, nobody has rushed to debunk it on either side. possible slip up by them? bryan already let the cat out of the bag about the PS3 version of Left 4 Dead on the last 1upyours.
some games dont need multiplayer. i hate the fact a good single player game gets knocked for no online play, bioshock went through the same thing. there are games multiplayer should never touch, this being one of them, i hate how online is basically becoming a required bullet point for games.
third person? that definitely raised my interest level.
sooner or later this had to happen. you cant continue to support a last gen console and expect people to make that move to newer hardware. ps2 had a good run and im sure small time start up devs will still look to it to launch their studios, but now even that is being replaced by XBLA and PSN title development.
you know if this was that big of a typo dont you think 1UP/EGM would of came out and said it? the simple fact they have yet to address the issue begs to differ with this whole entire typo excuse.
really not surprised. always had march 09 in the back of my head for this game.
"they should have their heads examined for not giving it an AO rating" maybe they should get their eyes checked because last time i checked the rating is on the front of the box not the back. sad part is.. these people are "young" enough to atleast get it unlike older people and they clearly dont.
yeah and thats what they said when this site broke the news about bungie leaving too.
im sure people have filed class action lawsuits against MSoft for broken X360s, but doesn't this open the door again for them?
$100 cut across the board, 40GB at $299 and 80GB at $399 would be huge considering they're only $50 away from the price point of the Wii and the line up they have this year.
so KZ2 is the largest product in dutch media history reaching the $22M mark quite some time ago, thats $31M american. i highly doubt sony is ready to throw away that kind of money.
yes they do. happened to a poor kid in front of me this past week who tried to buy call of duty 4 but didnt have id. felt sorry for him.
atleast i dont have to worry.
Seeing how the game was looking to be a summer launch on the PS3 and seeing the stiff competition they would be having, I'd say it'd be the safe bet to cancel it.
wouldn't be surprised if Slant Six gets picked up a few months after they drop SOCOM Confrontation. they've worked with sony closely for awhile now, PSP engine for the Syphon Filter games and now two SOCOM games. pretty sure sony will extend an offer to them at some point.
games have no story yet he continues to make game movies? i think someone is just bitter that their movies are horribly bombing.
