Uncharted 2, Ratchet and Clank, and Now Demon Soul's are must buys as far as the rest of this year IMO. We'll see about MW2, AC2, and others.
The Sims 3 should be exchanged for Ratchet and Clank:ACIT

This game is getting some killer reviews. I knew long ago I would get this game Day 1 and of all the games out there, this is one of the few that's worth the $60 price tag.

Haze had a ton of dialogue too, and we know what happened there.
My three biggest gripes with CoD4 are as follows:
Small Maps, Auto-Aim Assist, and Host Ends Game (has been addressed)
Since we know they fixed one, does anyone know if they have added larger maps to MW2? This is one of the reasons I enjoy CoD5. More space to work with.
Also, please tell me Auto-Aim Assist is gone.

I think that obviously if you are a die hard Halo fan then you really shouldn't care what the reviews bring. With Halo you know what you are getting. Now whether that's a good thing or a bad thing is up to you.
And if they did sell it separately, It would be as much as a PS3 slim.
Hydro Thunder is one of those racers that deservers a re-release, ala Wipeout HD.
I agree, not only did Turok 2 have better weaponry, but level design as well.

I think Turok 2: Seeds of Evil (pretty sure)l was the ultimate 4 multiplayer experience, where you could battle 3 of your friends using the cerebral bore, crossbow, etc. I remember playing that game with a few friends for atleast 12 hours straight.
Decent list, the first 5 or so are right.
They left out BattleTanks and WCW Vs. NWO which were 2 of my all time favorite multiplayer games.
Oh and 1080 snowboarding, yeah probably the best snowboaring game ever, right there with SSX Tricky.
And Donkey Kong Kountry, which at that point in time had the best graphics on any console.
I'd put Mario Tennis on there before Mario Golf.

One of the games I deem worthy of my $60. First day buy for sure. I cannot wait to lock the doors, board the windows, and tell everyone i'm dead just so I'm not bothered while I drool all over this game.
The first game I beat 4 times and eventually got the platinum and is one of the best games I've played in years.
