It's the same boring Halo we've always known. This one won't be any different. So why are people just now noticing how generic it looks? The best part about halo is the vehicles and a couple of weapons. Without a sprint button, your basically jogging around in slow motion.

You can hate on Socom all you want, but the absolute truth is, I have never, in all the years of playing online games, seen a game where you are required to use a headset. What I mean is, if you don't own one, you will get booted game after game. I love this and it is absolutely paramount in any tactical shooter.
I bought this game with the headset day 1, and I've been through all the patches and whining about this and that, I'd give this game a solid 8/10. It has it's flaws, but...

Am I the only one wishing there were a bit of gore involved? I didn't see any blood at all. I like the gameplay that i've seen thus far, I just wish it was a bit more violent.
That's what a price drop and a smorgasbord of AA games does for a company. Go Sony and the PS3, the only console I need.

Doesn't matter, this game will have tons of replay value that I won't miss Multiplayer at all. Frankly, I'm sick of every game having to have it. If the SP is long and the replay value is there, that's all I need.

I don't trust IW and Modern Warfare 2. The online is total CRAP!
No migrating hosts/ending games, lag, small maps, auto aim, glitchers/cheaters/hackors
Until I have 100% Proof, I won't bother with MW2, instead I will Buy the two games mentioned, and maybe Bad company 2 as I wait for MAG.
I won't either, I'm serious. I'll be fine with Uncharted 2 and Ratchet and Clank until MAG and Bad Company 2 releases.
My exact sentiment. CoD4 was decent when it released, but it is an average game nowadays.
