I don't think it will sell as well here as it will overseas. The Japanese are more interested in portable gaming machines than anything else. While the Wii is popular, the PS3 has been outselling it for a while, so I doubt the Move will have much of an impact. What I am trying to say is that the PS3 gamers are the people who probably do not care about motion control.
I believe it is the official site for The San Diego Union Tribune, but I could be mistaken. Regardless, it is San Diego's main website.
Japan also calls it soccer, so add that to the list.
You do also realize that GT fans are regular people who do not have the sense to waste their time visiting game stores and pre-ordering their games? To say nothing about visiting websites like this one to boast about it. I still do not see why people take those numbers so seriously, nor can I fathom why you guys argue about it. Some kid on this site took the time to message me about how Kinect would sell more, using two different accounts to convey that message. I mean, come on...
Intelligent? Knows her mind? For the love of........
"bottom line is that Microsoft have succeeded in making me want this contraption of theirs."
Looks like they have two customers now. Hopefully you and wat up there can enjoy your Kinect thing while the rest of the world enjoys Gran Turismo. Hell, I don't care about GT5 myself either, but I am not foolish to ignore the reality that it will sell monstrously come its release. Can you say the same for Kinect even looking at this "pre-order" figures? I sure...
This website seems to produce a lot of over-the-top articles.
"PS3 is million ahead of 360 yet software sales for PS3 and 360 games in Japan are very close for some games."
Since when?
Is why they sell so well.
"Then there's the name. I refuse to call Ruse RUSE, and certainly not R.U.S.E., since it's called what it's called because you use special powers called Ruses. Imagine calling Age of Mythology G.O.D. P.O.W.E.R.S. or Starcraft II S.C.A.N.N.E.R., C.H.R.O.N.O.B.O.O.S.T., and L.A.R.V.A.L. S.P.A.W.N."
It's always nice when a website's review has such a ridiculous statement in it's first paragraph. It lets me know that the rest of the review is wor...
Your point is a valid one, but you must also remember that many of those shipped consoles are given away free, traded for a defect console, stolen, etc. It makes more sense to actually report sold consoles to impress the masses, and of course the shareholders.
Why, exactly?
For $20 it is a great deal. I wouldn't advise it for the full price though. And if I can offer some advice if you do plan on getting it, do not think of it as a Final Fantasy game. If you do, it might ruin the experience.
You should take your own "advice" before critiquing others posts.
Your name suits you well.
in NA.
Like what, just out of curiosity?
We Americans can dream, can't we?
I was just about to charge my American account up for it. Very unfortunate.
Also mentions Australia. So maybe the US will get it eventually.
There are so many other options for entertainment this season that actually work as they are supposed to. I will wait for a cheap copy of this game next year. I was really looking forward to it too. :(
