Not all the excitement is lacking. With Microsoft's recent announcements in the last couple weeks it has been on fire.

Again, biased wording. Makes it sound as though having an adapter is a bad thing. The real story is that we have a new headset. Yes it costs 25 dollars, but if you would take time to look up what you are bashing you would understand it is a very high quality headset with a high quality connection.

-Arguably better specs
-Free old games with PSN
-Records 15 minutes of game play. Thus uses more ram for OS as recently revealed (even though consumers bought it on the basis of it having 7gb). Ouch.
-Controller has a touch screen. Not gimmicky like Kinect some how.
-Line up consists of more Indie games than AAA...

Before we get into it, could you please explain what this comment is trying to convey. I have seen the same copy and paste 3 times know, and I still don't get it. Are you commenting on the cloud?
If it is, which it probably is (you are "hel" bent on disproving the cloud, with weak arguments might I ad), then I think it's best you just admit that nobody has the hard facts about the cloud yet so no assumptions can be made.
Not just "another u-turn", it's a big improvement on Microsoft's part. Look, I'd rather Microsoft pulling a turn around and looking weak doing it (as stated in the video) then not being man enough to correct a mistake. Sometimes you just have to swallow your pride and take the higher road.

By the way the dev kits aren't a dream... it is a literal statement by Microsoft. Each xbox will function as a dev kit for indies.... It's not even a rumor, it is an actual confirmed thing.
