I don't know how many people are doing this, but I held off on pre-ordering all games because of the digital download option. Seems that many games will be released on different dates and I'd rather not wait in lines multiple times.
Anyone else doing this?
It crashed twice?
If I already have a t.v. and my budget was 500 dollars, would I buy a pc (over a grand to play games in the near future) or an One/Ps4 which will last me 7-8 years and be able to play games without upgrades, ect.
This is why I don't pc game, cuz my budget isn't over a grand.
Probably, we already see it happening with some publishers today. Fact is making a game like TLOU costs tens of millions of dollars or even hundreds, and if you don't sell enough copies to make up the difference then you just lost money.
Yup, and just like the Ps4 having 4.5 gb or ram rumor Sony has yet to deny it. Sorry man but realistically we can both draw some conclusions here...
Nice try at damage control by adding "ps4 is superior guys, hahaha, agree with me!"
Don't know, but you can't externally capture footage. Big hit to people who are used to doing that on the ps3.
And yah it's a rumor, but just like the 4.5gb of ram rumor Sony has yet to deny both... so....
On n4g:
"Five reasons why you should write an article justifying your purchase"
Hey man, I agree. I don't just want a straight upgrade in power, this is next gen. Not next half gen. I want innovation!
Sorry but I just don't enjoy indie games. They are cool but not something I sink 100 plus hours into.
Proof is in the pudding. It's the only game I was able to sink over 100 hours in. 5 times that actually, I even bought it on PC to use mods.
A better question is how real and immersive should things get? It's one thing to slaughter people in gta4 while sitting ten feet away from a t.v. but it's another thing to feel like your actually their and doing it. I would honestly rather not be that immersed in some games, it might just be a little to much.
Yup, makes 72 dollars an hour but makes 13 thousand dollars from working on the computer for just a couple hours. Logic.
Catchy!
I don't doubt that COD ghosts will sell more copies just by it's larger fanbase alone, but battlefield looks like the better game.
Uhm no, just stating my opinion... I'm sorry if that hurts you?
A pretty good thing that fanboys are once again trying to spin into a bad thing. It's like having on site moderators like any website has, even n4g.
Sony is hardly financially stable.... They are making this console to stop losing money, where as MS is hoping to gain money. Earlier Sony actually sold 2 of their biggest buildings to keep the company alive and laid off thousands of people also...
Damn this is cool! So basically I can just go over to friends house, and oh look, I forgot Forza 5. But wait! I'll sign in to my account on his console and we can play it digitally! How cool would it be if resorts and hotels started offering an xbox to use while you stay, so you could play your games where ever you are.
