I played for about an hour. But was discouraged by the apparent god-like skill of others who were probably involved in a beta or something.. The map is WAY too big for the amount of people in the games I was in. And the nearly insta-kill weapons that other players were finding didn't seem like good balance.
Can't wait for the announcement of more remasters/upgrades to Skyrim.

Why don't they edit out the ability to ONLY kill black people if one so chooses? Or what if I decide to play for four hours and only run over women and children? Everyone is just dandy with mass murder, but the gloves come off if someone says a word and someone else gets their feelings hurt.

Setting up a device password is stupid. What is the purpose of that? Just allow us to sign in with our normal PSN credentials.

My nostalgia for the game has been satisfied. I played through one time and that's all I needed. I haven't touched the game for at least two months.
New mobile controller/case for a phone for the new Project Spartan cloud gaming tier. Phones slip in and out of pockets, not chonky Vita's.
They were fully owned by Sony at the time of Returnal's launch, it just wasn't publicized yet. Deals like this happen WELL before the public knows about it.

I bought it on PS4 and platinumed it. Then when the DLC came out I bought that for my PS5 and i'm playing through it right now. It's a fun game. And now it looks better than ever!
They only need a license to distribute and/or sell the games. They don’t need a license to manufacture hardware that can play those games.
That's why you can for example buy a ‘retro compatible’ system that plays Sega Genesis, NES, or both (and more). They are made by companies that had nothing to do with the original machines or games. The game is the licensed part, the system just interprets what is stored in that game.

Since I couldn't use my PS4 saves in the PS5 version I immediately uninstalled the game. I have no interest in playing the game AGAIN other than to goof off with my super powerful characters.
