They have already talked about how long it would take to do this, way to break new ground here! Now, instead of trying to diminish the game, do something that hasn't been done already and tell us how long it takes to drive every stretch of freeway in the game.

I can see this working out VERY well. The immersion factor is going to be off the chart!!! With VR you'd have all the readouts from your Terminator armor right there as well as being able to freely look around. You'd feel like you were a Terminator! Well, you'd at least feel like you were wearing the helmet anyway...lol

Why is it that indie devs usually choose a graphical style that harkens back to a NES/SNES era of gaming and not something like Dreamcast or PS1 or N64?
Why is there any question that Sony is outperforming Microsoft? When has Sony NOT outperformed Microsoft? PS1? Microsoft didn't even have a console out to compete with sony there. Xbox vs PS2? Don't make me laugh! While being the technical superior to the PS2, the Xbox was nearly laughed out of existence. It lost so much money, Microsoft dropped it like a hot potato and got busy designing the Xbox 360. PS3 had a rocky start, but overall came out on top with more sold units than the Xb...

My boyish love of Nintendo died with the GCN. I had a brief interlude with the Wii, and I have no interest in the WiiU. I have no love for any traditional Nintendo titles except for Pikmin. Mario Kart is played out, 3D Mario is played out. Zelda is played out. Metroid would be cool if they would go back to making it a platformer, and Smash Bros. just isn't fun anymore.

I don't know anything about development other than it takes time and manpower, but if it's taking 20 MILLION+ dollars to give us a game with 8-12 hours of gameplay, then they need to figure something else out because paying $60 for a AAA title on top of being asked to crowdfund the development is fucking ridiculous.
Yeah, eff that! I'm not going to offer $30 to help cover their development costs and then pay $60 for the game. Ithey neemore money hen hike the price of the game if they think they can. If not, instead of just throwing money at it, actually figure a more efficient way to develop.
