Many grown-ass adults don't blame tariffs because they can't think for themselves and have to be told by their political overlords what to do/think/say so they can feel like they can "own the libs". Even though what they vote for messes themselves up too. Case in point: tariffs and the removal of the minimus exemption are absolutely 100% the reason for these price hikes.
And when no one buys less powerful, more expensive hardware, MS will then stop producing it altogether.
I'm not saying it's great, or that i'm ok with it, but now Apple is a three trillion dollar company. So...business-wise, copy them and make lots of money. It's good business sense.
Who gives a crap about ray tracing??? Gaming is moving on to path tracing. Which will be another MINOR step forward in lighting that will needlessly jack up hardware requirements for high end games and trick people into buying new nVidia PTX GPU's that have path tracing cores instead of ray tracing cores.

Great game to play for half an hour or so, but then the nostalgia is gone. Glad I didn't pay money for it.
Further sealing the doom of MS's next gen console. I still say it's not happening.And we'll see GamePass on PS6 almost assuredly as soon as MS announces they won't be putting out a new console.

Cheap, frictionless sensors ALREADY exist. Why are they "working hard to combat stick drift"? Stick drift should be a thing of the past at this point. The technology is here...NOW. It has been...for YEARS! Why is stick drift even still spoken about? It shouldn't exist!

It's a price to performance ratio, dude. A PS4 costs about $75 on the grey market now. Making it handheld doesn't 5X the cost.
Just played the demo. I think it's more of a $9.99 game than a $19.99 game. But it was interesting for a bit. Maybe a little too easy. Great concept.
After my third time falling almost ALL THE WAY down the mountain i'd had enough. The comedy of falling and squirming around on the ground quickly wears off. The fun also quickly dries up. Buying this game, for me, was a poor decision.
