Switch: No one cares. Most gamers have already dismissed the Switch because it's low res screen, and mobile GPU are garbage. Nintendo will continue to survive off of its DS sales.

There is no HDD in the world that can. SSD's can do that easily. Also keep in mind that SATA 3's max speed is a theoretical limit. 6GB/sec is about 300MB/sec.
