Strange, my Elite broke down ages ago and I promptly got it replaced. The new one's being slaughtered by constant use and leaving no overnight and it's lasted ages. I don't know if there are design differences in new Elites but i've been lucky... so far.
err, yeah
I like the music much better in the "reboot" 'casts than in the old GrE Show. Great podcast too, thanks
yeah, the quality of these flash games nowadays are almost equal to that of XBLA or PSN titles. Well... some of them anyway. You've got to remember that ANYONE can make them.
Monopoly ftw
Selling out? I wasn't aware that any of the big three console megacorporations had such integrity.
It sure looks like it's packed with features and content. Sadly not my kind of game though. After failing miserably once I always give up when I play the Flash equivalents.
"The company feels that the link between porn, the internet, and online gaming is as strong as the pairing of peanut butter and jelly, making this an excellent fit."
Blizzard, you've just won my approval.
The screens look kinda boring, but the game sounds pretty awesome.
It's surprising to hear that Air Traffic Control is fun in game-form as last I heard, air traffic controllers had the highest suicide rate in the air-force.
That was a bit of a glum statement actually, sorry folks.
Not 100% about this. When it comes to games, i've always been a fan of "twists" to chess, like the classic, Battle Chess.
Bioshock doesn't need a sequel. Leave it as it is - a perfectly rounded narrative with no need for parenthesis, really.
I almost want a Wii.
I can't wait to see where this tense competition takes motion gaming and gaming in general though as each company will try and work on more impressive implementations of true next gen gaming.
wow, that's a great concise summary of the Nintendo conference. Pretty much a great showing from all the big 3 companies this year. Last year's E3 sucked balls.
Their motion tech looks like a smart idea - but compared to Natal, it seems kinda lame really. Natal (according to previews, http://kotaku.com/5276789/f... seems to be a really solid, versatile platform. Perhaps it will do for motion sensing what the iPhone did for touchscreens.
That's true, their PSP lineup is STRONG at the moment.
I guess the price difference is so drastic, the consumer audience for both may differ - with some parents getting the PS2 as their kid's first hardcore gaming system.
Sony's display was kinda disappointing compared to Microsoft's. I dunno, I just didn't feel like I was seeing much NEW - and their motion sensing isn't really tangible at the moment.
Wow, thanks for the compilation of videos.
There's loads coming out of E3 this year, it's great!
Surely you're forgetting Exit?
