Are these people really this dumb? Week after week another one of these cross-play articles pop up claiming everyone wants cross-play............ Well, everyone but those that matter most on this issue the PS4 gamers. Thank god Sony is taking a very pro consumer stance and giving us PS4 gamers what we want. Well this will buy Sony till around PSX. I hope they come up with a only on Sony servers solution no matter who makes or publishes the game and let's see how much Microsoft wants cross-play with Sony.
This is somehow even a question because Sony will not cross-play with the lesser Xbox platform. Just because Microsoft and their gamers want and desperately need Sony to fall inline and allow cross-play both Microsoft and their gamers and the media miss what's most important about why Sony will not give in.........the overwhelming majority of PS4 gamers do not want cross-play with Xbox, do not need cross-play with Xbox and the few to do want it are not demanding it. Simple as that.

No not at all but because of the meaningless survey Microsoft PR can now put out meaningless info like 93% of the rats errr gamers surveyed thought about getting a Xbox One S while only 45% thought about getting the Xbox One X and 100% of them didn't get either. Ummm not to kick a dead horse but Sony was clear when they said "no cross-play with Xbox or Nintindo". Meaning no gameplay with those platforms and no moving accounts. PC, and phones your good no worries as those are the best platforms to cross-play and move accounts with.
I doubt this Forbes dude ever gamed on a PS4. But just in case I'm wrong and this hack moves to Xbox I can't miss the opportunity to say.......GOOD RIDDANCE to you and thanks the PS4 platform just improved. Thank you and now move on.

Why does the reason they don't want cross-play with Xbox matter? They own no one a reason as to why they don't wanna Xbox CP. maybe to shareholders but not to gamers. Now this is my opinion but at least 10% of OG XB1 owners upgraded to the XBO S and at least 10% of them upgraded to the X and how many of the OG XBO owners that didn't go for the S upgraded to the X?
