It's 10 pm MST and according to the Xbox Live status page on the Microsoft website half of the XBL services are "Limited". This has now gone on for some people for 6/7hrs and maybe for some even longer.
60 games of shovelware.. Sad, sad, sad. The people running Xbox just don't get it at all. Xbox and Ouya have a lot in common these days at least the Ouya owners have a new place to play Indy crap.
Oh don't you worry you'll be able to play game on your X-cloud device in your living room. So the Xbox console is pretty much dead.

A "old game" can only be old if you've not played it. For example State of Decay 2 I've not played and it's over a year old or a old game yet if I play it today it's a new game to me. PSNow has hundreds of old new games to explore just like Xbox GP has a large selection of old but new games if you've not played them.

Sounds to me this was a setup question. Setup by Microsoft and the Gears developer to make the focus after the panel Q&A about a stupid question and not about Gears 5 and looks like it worked. From what we've seen so far from Gears 5 and it's not been much for a game releasing in just under 3 months it's not looking like a great game and a step down from Gears 4 which was also not great. Well, we may get to play ScaleBound soon. My sisters friends brother knows someone who has a cousin that has a friend who's Dad works with someone who's half sister has a kid that works with Nintendo of America and he says ScaleBound is coming to the Switch.

Destiny 2 was not worth playing at launch, still not with playing, will never be worth playing, why? Bungie has no idea what their doing other than making deals with Publishers and stealing their money. Bungie has burned all "trust" bridges and they can never be trusted again. Destiny 3 should never be made.

Not even in the top 50 of games played on the Xbox one. So exactly what are they saying? "15mos after launch we got all the bugs and launch issues fixed so SoD2 is in a good place although no one is playing it".
