@Orchard
What exactly would a "proper Game pass competitor " look like in your opinion?
Or they could do what Microsoft does to rig the review system and pay reviewers like IGN, Gamespot and the Kardashian type content creators And others in favors or $$$ for those bloated review scores. That's the easiest way to rig the system.
@StarkRSality
That GT7 thats a $70 GM thats one of the best selling gms in the world. While Forza Horizon is nowhere to be found on the most played games on Game Pass. Looks like no-one else enjoys Forza Horizon 5 other than you and we know gamers dropped Forward Horizon 5 like a bad game on Steam a couple weeks after Forza Horizon 5 released.
So this game is not so popular. MI thinks Scarlet Nexus is a good example for the Oddworld: Soulstorm Developers. They should look at this game as well as many other little Indy game.... They just aren't so popular and they don't sell. They may do well on Subscription services but that's not the same a unit sold and never will be.
Really..... Of the millions that purchased Elden Ring the vast majority of them can't solo this Boss. They don't take the time to get the move set down because you must be patient and if you can't do this and most can't, gamers seek help because its difficult. Also of those that can't solo this boss the vast majority of them never came across this Boss because the game is simply above their pay grade or in other words....to hard!
Halo Infinite and FH5 would have sold many, many more copies if there were no Game Pass. That's silly to think otherwise.
Also if subscriptions are the future then gaming is headed for a hard crash and when and if that day does arrive then it'll be the death of truly great games.
This is kinda a dime question.... Why would Sony or Nintendo want to give their First Party games away for a rental free? IMO dumb.
Starfield has a Nov 2022 release date so why not so a more polished this game is about ready to release build? And I still don't get why this is the only Xbox First Party game that they won't to show or talk about now surely Microsoft has at least 2 or 3 First Party games BTW that will "available on day one with Xbox Game Pass" releasing over this Summer or early Fall it makes no since.
I agree its to early to think that but these 3 games do look alot like the Indy garbage that Microsoft puts on not the Game with Gold porgram thats straigh up shovelware but Game Pass each Month minus maybe 3 games a year games like Halo Infinite and Forza 5 but both of them turned out to be overrated garbage but not a good month for PS Plus IMO.
You might be right but that doesn't change what Microsoft has done to Halo. My comment has nothing to do with any other service based game so I'm not sure why you want to bring those into this.
But you did ask if I could name some non GAAS games so..... Elden Ring is a co-op MP game and not service based in fact all Dark Souls games including Demon Souls and Bloodborne are co-op MP games yet not service based and all very successful. Forza Horizon 5 a MP game yet not a Gam...
Halo Infinite did not fall into the GAAS trap they were pushed into it by their Overlord. Also 343 has been working on another project for well over a year in the Halo universe so Halo as you know and want it to be is very unlikely to return anytime soon. RIP! ...... But you do have that TV show.
@TheRealTed
There be absolutely no bias in facts. The Microsoft website and Steam site that report most games played both report gamers have moved from Halo Infinite and Forza Horizon 5.
You mean those multiplayer games with all that replay-ability that so few are still playing Halo Infinite and Forza 5. Those award winning games?... lol Like I said a level or 2 or more below Sony and Nintindo First Party Studio games.
Sure it a huge positive for Microsoft but the reason they went to the GP service is they had to they could not sell their First Party games those games a just are a level or 2 below what Nintendo and Sony First Party has to offer.
Why is anyone taking about this game a game that may or may not release in 2022 and even if it does the scheduled release day is 8 months away does Microsoft have no other First Party game releasing in the next 8 months or do they have nothing else worth talking about? I myself have a Xbox Series S I would like to use but with everything running and looking better on the PS5 I do my gaming on that. I need Microsoft First Party to deliver some great games or at least.....some games.
So Sony is forcing gamers to purchase micro transaction items? That's harsh as no other publisher is forcing gamers to purchase these items in fact other publishers seem to get a free pass with these predatory scams they run in their games. Seems odd Sony is being singled out for this when all the other major Publishers have micro transaction and the biggest publisher starts with the micro transactions and then builds its game around them.
I agree with your comment and think without this farm most gamers new to Souls games would tap out day one.
IMO this is the solution to no easy mode and in this open world Souls game it does take more time and (runes) to level.
Ever Souls game has a $$$ farm and you can make any Souls game as easy as you want minus one.... Sekiro Die Twice!
No offense to those that took the time to do this post but damn this is waaay old news. This was discovered like the day the game released and hundreds of videos were made telling the world.
So these cars may or man not make it into the game. Why is this even news worthy?
Please for the love of Mephistopheles make VGChartz stop with their nonsense.
