The only thing in game commercials will do is defeat the speed gains from the SSD. We use to have to wait for a screen to load now we'll wait for the commercial to end. And no.... commercials will have no effect on loot boxes or micro-transactions.

I think your right I think its clear they want to go down the GAAS road with Halo and putting Halo MP as a FTP is all the evidence one needs and GAAS are a Microsoft thing so IMO no surprise.
