I love Bloodborne so much. I just got to the Research lab and have been exploring and loving the vibe. Mentally ill women screaming and whatnot.
From are the only devs who make games which actually frighten me. There's a sense of fear when you've played for 64 minutes and racked up 400k echoes or souls and not wanting to die, but way too curious to not continue.

I literally had to rank up my Strength about 10 levels before I even started making a dent. He was very hard.
I use the 2hand Axe primarily. Perhaps weapon choice makes a diff? I know the pistol trick for Martyr L, but I rather enjoy the straight combat and roll technique. Makes it much harder.
The new weapons are in the Nithtmare Hunter Dream.
