Probably because the users' 3 year old 360s died and were replaced with another 360.
The thing about ND single player games is that the game play has a cinematic feel to them. When you play the game properly and become very proficient at the controls, they are interactive movies really and nobody does it better.
TLoU actually does it the best.

The Alpha build runs better than Warframe.
I love Warframe, but Destiny is very nice, and 30fps is sufficient.
