As a PS4 owner, I am not even slightly enthused about this one.
A four hour rental should be .99¢ and a 90 day rental should be $15.00 max.
These prices are bogus for the bigger games. There is no incentive, other than ease of access, to pay that price. I mean come on. We are renting the game. 30 bucks? Stop

For sure. The US market is gigantic to begin with, so I would definitely assume that at least 35% of their supply went there.
I hear you. I have this game as a rental for sure. Games which have multiplayer, but aren't made specifically for multiplayer, are all rentals to me.
There is no sense in spending 60 bucks for an 8-10 hr game.
That's just me though.
COD games, Souls games, RPGs and sports games are really the only games which have high replay value to me.

Your post covers both issues. Issue #1 of SONY not being able to meet demand, and issue #2 being MS selling in less territories. Even though they're selling in less territories, they maximize supply. Both companies are manufacturing as many as they can. Now if MS has a surplus where it is strongest, how the hell can they compete globally?
