We are all aware that Miyazaki has stated Dark Souls 3 is sunset, and that he doesn't want to be making them any longer.
We also know that he and From are very proud of Bloodborne and they love it. Since it is owned by SONY, I am thinking it will launch with PS5. It's money in the bag considering everyone who played Bloodborne, loved it. 99% anyway.
I see no reason that this title would not exist in the future unless execs at Sony and Miyazaki ...

I can't speak for anyone else, but as for me it is 100% about the "vision" as you call it.
I prefer to call it the experience though. The experience of defeating a difficult boss is paramount to what From is creating. That feeling IS what separates their games from the rest, and to dilute that is to completely destroy what they set out to do.
It is empirical. One must get that rush and experience the feeling to understand the finer points...
