Loool any MMO can be played Singleplayer (see SWTOR) doesn't mean that it's the way it's meant to be played. And if your buying an MMO for the Singleplayer than you've got the wrong idea of the game an it's design completely. Destiny is an online massive multiplayer game.
Edit: this means you need to be online to play it. Doesn't sound very Singleplayer focused does it? :/

Lool GTA 5 looks to be the true sequel to San Andreas. It's going to destroy GTA 4 in every way possible. Gameplay, story an visuals.
It's taken cues from Max Payne an red dead which means game over for GTA 4 and saints row 4.
The game looks promising so far. Let's just hope Bioware don't drop the ball on this one. There's a lot of focus on combat but story an different endings are what the fans want. Choices need to really be different from each other.
Like the way witcher has more than 16 possible endings.
Well I won't be booking time of work for its launch but I'll take time off work for when GTA online kicks off!
The Singleplayer portion of GTA isn't that interesting to me. The only Singleplayer I enjoyed is GTA 1 and San Andreas but of course that's because there was no multiplayer option.
Single player story and online component? Do you not know anything about Destiny? It's an MMO. Which means the online is the major part. There is no offline Singleplayer mode in this game lol. Titanfall is just cod with mechs an that game also has no Singleplayer offline mode.
That said. I love MMO's an bungie look to be making the first shooter MMO that looks good to me. Although for MMO's I'm waiting for wildstarr.
Easy chief. The game is still better on the PC superior controls and visuals just can't be topped.
Looking forward to GTA 5 on PC to see the game at its best an I don't mean visually I'm talking player count. Cause 16 players on that huge map is not nearly enough but PC will have a much higher player count.
As long as I get some nice weps for my combat medic. I hate that engineers seem to get the best assault rifles :( it's not fair as assault should get it.
This game is going to sink a lil while after it's release no one will be talkin bout this game next year mark my words.

What kind of people play multiplayer with bots?? It has to be unskilled people who can't handle taking on other players who could be using their own tactics.
The only time u play against bots is Singleplayer. Other than that multiplayer is about testing an improving your skills vs other players who could range from noobs to masters of their craft which in turn helps u become a master player.
Can't wait for GTA online I'm going to really enjoy the ...

I get ya, that does make sense. Although it would mean they would need different methods to travel from one point to another. And what happens when you finish a mission at one point and then you need to travel all the way to your home base in real time? Some people would hate that. I'd prefer the loading screen to take me back to the home base like they have now.
I know people want games with no loading screens these days but i don't ...
The game is looking really damn good. It seems Bioware got the spark back for RPGs.
Hopefully this means we will get a KOTOR 3 with that new frostbite engine I bet they are just dying to bring a new Star Wars game with that engine. I'm glad swtor failed cause it means there's a better chance for the single player kotor 3 to be released.
Dice working on battlefront 3 and Bioware should be making kotor 3. All using that frostbite engine. Perfect.
That would just destroy the story given game. The game allowed plenty of freedom already an I think it's great that they focus on story an gameplay an not jus join the open world bandwagon some games just don't need it.
Dishonored felt great the way it was it didn't feel linear to me.

I enjoyed gettin my Barb to 60 and will enjoy my barb in the xpac.
I played Torchlight 2 and its just no where near the polish and gameplay of D3.
