I'm throwing my vote behind Rocket League for Vita.
Get it if you want but the DLC comes out the end of next month and some parts of the world are getting a special eddition of the game with it included. If this comes to your territory, the base game will probably go for less than this soon after.
I must admit I hate Uncharted a whole lot. Love the atmosphere. Love the production values. Hate how you HAVE to love the poorly designed rest of it or else you are an enemy of gaming culture.
You could argue that the Wii proves they don't. You could also argue that the Wii U proves they do.
They truth is that the system doesn't need to be as powerful as the PS4. As long as they can hit the lottery like they did with the Wii, again.
But the problem with that thinking is that it's infinitely riskier than just simply making a machine devs will be able to put muliplats on.
Ultimatly, going that rout for a third time would...
Yeah, definitly my all time favorite band as well! SO excited for LP9!
I was kind of surprised when Konami and/or Kojima didn't announce a formal seperation after V was released. It makes me wonder if Kojipro are still involved until DLC is out. Maybe they are working on putting this info in right now.
This is great news! I loved Dear Esther and was dying to play EGttR. At 8 bucks I cannot resist!
I would get this just for the FFXV demo, if new copies still come with it. But even for that, i wouldn't pay more than 15 bucks.
Ok, so I'm not a fan of this guy but I'm gonna try and see if I can explain what I THINK the line of thought is. Even if it is full of assumptions.
Ok, here goes...
- Games are made by people.
- These people are usually white men.
- Diversity in terms of creators causes diversity in creations. Gaming or otherwise.
- An innovative game is worth while always. Even if it isn't good. At least it's...
I'd imagine 2016 is pretty Dark Souls 3 focused for From Software. Further, I remember people complaining about how close the release of Scholar of the First Sin was to Bloodborne. There was a thought that the game was released too closely to it to be given proper attention.
Sadly this is probably true. I could see Nintendo trying to pad out what's left of the Wii U's life with something like a remake of this game. A project they can pass off as a big deal, all the while not putting in nearly the effort they would need to for a whole new game.
Your comment about "on rails" fights is apt. I am fine with people who love this series for its graphics, story or production values. But acting like there's a ton of meat to the game play is over the top.
While I don't enjoy how much TR has been influenced by Uncharted, I'm at least happy they are striving for more with this next release.
I'm just shocked Nintendo hasn't reduced the price much. We all know the score at this point. The NX is coming, and there is very little new this holiday to entice people to get the Wii U. It seems like the machine shouldn't cost more than 200 right now. But it's 300 and (now) only 50 bucks cheaper than its competitors. It's old tech, on its way out, with little on the horizon. It shouldn't be priced like it has a bright future.
Well I'd say the whole thing is a snoball situation. The issues we have either been around for a while or have steed from issues that have.
I may be wrong but I always thought Japan was slower to adopt middle-ware for development. They use it now more than ever but it's still not perfect.
@ Foxtrot
I would be really Interested if the tools WERE limited. But I'd be suprised if the game didn't just have fantasy versions of all the kinds of things that are in the Far Cry games. There will be explosives. There will bunch of diffrent ways to shoot things. There will be a bunch of things to ride in/on I'm sure.
You get an "agree" for the wetting.
I've never heard anyone say a person needs time and patience to get through Shadow of the Colossus. You're implying that a person needs those things for Shadow more than for most games, right? I have to say though, Wind waker is both far longer and often considered (at least towards the back end) particularly tedious. So this makes me wonder if I've not just taken the bait of a troll?
I'm really gonna be shocked if we see Zelda hit the Wii U. BEST case, it comes out for both like Twilight Princess did at the end of the Gamecube's/beginning of the Wii's life.
Maybe you're right. But don't you think all this discovery seems pretty shallow though?
I enjoyed Skyrim a whole lot. But what I enjoyed most was finding a lot of diffrent things. A lot of cool variations on the things I'd already seen.
Now this game is supposed to be exactly that; endless variations. But I haven't seen one planet that looks terribly diffrent from any other planet. Oh sure the colors may be diffrent. And maybe there's mor...
Just an FYI, Nintendo themselves sells referbished Wii Us for 199.
I'm actually trying to get the wife one for christmas.
