It looks very familiar in that sense to Ninja Gaiden. Notice how the graphics are good for the city but not for the character models themselves. It's cool when he jumps out of the heli and you have to tap certain buttons to make it inside the building rather than just a plain old cutscene.

So in that case, THIS YEAR has to be the Xbox360's biggest year and it has to widen the gap over the PS3 much more because if it doesn't it might be in trouble. Microsoft knows that the PS3 costs 2x more than the Xbox360 and Sony really sucks at marketing, yet it still manages to outsell the xbox360 for months in MS's strongest region. I don't see MS giving the xbox360 another price cut anytime soon so they have to hop that the PS3 won't pull it off again in 2008.
Almost all SE games released have been either flops are mediocre hardly reaching the 8.5/10 mark.
I'm going to be just fine with GOW3, Infamous, and R5 for 2009.
it's all about throwing in money in all directions. If you look at the xbox360's biggest games, they have never been released without some major marketing and some random tv show to make it seem as if the game is the next big thing, and people actually buy it.

I've heard good things about Resident Evil games, I might pick up this game if the demo is good.
The PS3 is not perfect, I've struggled with downloading demos that I can't get to finally play because there are errors but I'm glad I've never had to send in any of my Sony consoles back to get them replaced. Heck I get pissed off when my PS3 makes a loud disk noise, I guess I'm not even use to that. :)

Would you waste all your energy in the first round of a fight? Sony has MS where they want them. MS is forced to lower the price cut to maintain the lead, and it still sells fairly close to the xbox360 in NA and leading it worldwide. MS can't lower the price further now, while Sony can.

If this doesn't help MS widen the gap over the PS3 at a steady rate then they are in trouble. I think Sony is unpredictable with price cuts and their system is doing pretty good although it costs 2x more than the competition.
