I guess it's because they both have made a great animated trilogy exclusively on the PS2 and are bringing new IPs and/or sequels. They are both realy good. As for Infamous it looks promising.
on the U.S. server.
HOME is incredible for what it is.
so they call it a flop and try to make this whole LBP being a flop idea.
FLOPS ARE MEASURED THROUGH QUALITY NOT REALLY SALES, AND STILL LBP SOLD WELL NOT BAD.
so maybe 2011 or 2010 is there last chance for Sony to outsell the xbox360's headstart.
Those saying the PS3 has no chance are in denial.
will be fixed and turn out to be one of the biggest multiplayer shooters.
Otherwise, LittleBigplanet would easily replace L4D or Call of Duty 5 for that matter. Heck Resistance 2 would be a better choice rather than COD5. I played both BTW.
too bad that number is completely incorrect. Do some research and then come back with a fact not a made up number.
And by better games, if you mean slightly better detailed graphics on one system vs. the other than that doesn't count. Not every gamer or consumer is a fanboy paying attention to small unimportant details like that.
If you go into HOME expecting a Sims game you will be dissapinted.
If you go into HOME wanting to socialize with your friends, hang out in a bowlong ally, invite them over to your space, and play LBP then you will be satisfied.
It is a place to meet new people and hanging out with friends. You get to learn more about them through looking at their space and their appearance.
It may feel like HOME doesn't have much to do at first, but it is FREE and acts as ...
I don't know how this came up in a discussion, I think it's because most of us know Blu ray is not nessecarily needed to make a good looking game so they thro this at PS3 fanboys knowing it is hardly debatable. LOL
it would be nice to see a different map.
I can fully understand that. I sure did enjoy the multiplayer at first and I wasn't too far from geting addicted to the mayhem.
the quality of MGS4's singleplayer cannot be compared with the quality of L4D's multiplayer. Remember that singleplayer is the base of a game, everybody usually plays that part of the game first.
I rented this game on my PC, I like what they did with multiplayer but the core base of the game, the singleplayer, is just "been there done that".
I will just say that it was all very simple to use yet very detailed, but when I got to the clothing there weren't many options, but its the beta so I fully understand.
I just hope they have more free clothing, furniture, and objects(HINT), for free users than other things you have to pay for. I don't wanna look like a bum in HOME.
what a bunch of hypocrites, but again, it might be a part of their marketing, lol. They have no limits.
that's why I say anything higher than a 9.0 or a perfect 5/5 is not correct.
They have system sellers, LBP, MGS4, and Resistance 2 can be system sellers if Sony wants to.
If Microsoft had LBP, you would see commercials 2/3s of the time on TV.
The quality and potential is there, so MS once again is completely wrong.
too bad Media Molecule could own your life with their money if they wanted to,lol. And LBP has scored higher than the xbox360's biggest title this year.
the Last Remnant. I hope SE knows about this.
So now in 2008 with the PS3 having ATLEAST the same amount of AAA titles this year or more and outselling the xbox360 for a couple of months in NA than I guess Sony won again.
HOWEVER Sony's goal is to outsell the xbox360 in lifetime sales before MS brings out a new console which can happen anytime soon, lol.
