Can you take a dump in HOME? No, the whole concept of the Sims is entirely different to that of HOME.

I don't know why though. HOME is incredible for what it is but lets remember it is free and just serves as a way to communicate and meet your friends online. If you don't see it that way you will be dissapointed.

and it depend on who you are. If you have no life and chase girls that are actually guys on HOME all day you will find it boring. If you wanna meet people or friends and show them a little more of who you are and play games than HOME is perfect for the job.

nobody cares about those small details, HOME brings a whole set of new features not available on LIVE, and it is free.
