MS has Alan Wake, Sony has Heavy Rain, Lost Planet 2 is multiplatform, Metal gear Rising is multiplatform, Sony has GT5, MS has Forza 3. MS has Left 4 dead 2, Sony has MAG.
Do I have to keep going?
You can talk all the smack you want and praise Natal, but at the end of the day motion sensing hasn't worked well for Sony or MS. As long as this new tech stays the way it is, you cannot brag about Natal or Sony's new motion sensing controllers. They remain as copycats until they can really show what they can do with real games, not casual bs.
it tells you who the pathetic ones are.
AS FOR PROJECT NATAl, We've seen this before, and until it is implemented in serious games, then it is nothing but an Eyetoy gimmick.
It is useless, people are acting like it is going to revolutionize gaming, as if it wasn't done before.
With the new PS3 motion sensing controllers, you were able to just DO MORE, and I could see it implemented in a more serious and more hardcore gaming way, instead of the usual casual gamer bs.
And sales, don't really reflect much, taking into account that a gimmick like the Wii is outselling both the PS3 and xbox360 by much.
It boils down to, "shut up and play the games." Sooner or later the tables will turn, and then they will turn again. I have chose to stick with Sony's console simply because the lineup is strong, and the reliability even stronger.
they can do what Nintendo is doing. Release cheap gimmick products and just make money, but I guess thats not their thing. Sadly, most consumers don't know the diference between the Nintendo and Sony brand.
Final Fantasy versus 13 is the one I'm excited for.
It is defenitly the best in it's genre because it has demonstrated it time after time.
So when Splinter Cell Conviction gets better reviews and builds up a franchise as big as the MGS series, come back and talk all the BS you want.
For now, the numbers and facts are against you fanboys,
I don't know, I'm not a developer, but according to IW the xbox360 seems to be almost maxed out, as for the PS3, I've never heard of such a claim by any developer. So draw your own conclusions.
Oh and I guess this is a perfect example that just because a game has pretty graphics, doesn't mean it makes the xbox360 "not" maxed out. I'm not an expert on this but I'm sure there is more to it than nice graphics.
What did MS do? Announce another multiplatform game and another mediocre sequel?
BTW, Lost Planet 2 is also on the PS3.
announce more multiplatform and pc games, and no new IPS.
Yeah, I'd rather stick to Sony.
At least the PS3 has plenty of PS3 only games.
It is like taking a step backwards, but it doesn't matter really, the sales will still be high, even if the game turns out to be crap.
He can always do what SE is doing, which is make a big PS3 exclusive, but keep the multiplatform game.
Anyway, I guess all that talk of wanting to make a dream game goes right out the window now.
Everything else you can get on the PC. And the PS3 still has GOW, along with very powerful first party devs that build franchises, that as long as they stay first party, will remain as PS3 exclusives.
more multiplatform games vs. more AAA exclusives ;)
Anything else that was exciting from MS at E3, I mean, I didn't see anything really new.
Its gonna be like last year, MS shows multiplatform games and more mediocre games, while Sony shows off more AAA exclusives.
Nintendos conference should air on Comedy Central. Just my 2 cents
I hope he trips and breaks his hands.
LOL, just kidding, the excitement is geting to me.
guys, big time. LOL
