Look at multiplatform games and you'll see that the PS3 version doesn't sell half of what the xbox360 version sells. Especially with GTA4, have you seen the sales for this game per platform? go check them out, you should.
BTW, I doubt a GTA game will ever be a PS3 exclusive again, howver, at least we can look forward to Agent.
I only need a PS3, if I had the money of course I would buy an xbox360, but I don't, and I'm fine with missing out on another Halo and gears.
2008 was a different story, it was actually debatable, and both lineups were on par. This year it is the same thing.
Halo ODST doesn't seem like a real big sequel, if Halo 3 felt more like Halo 2.5, I can only imagine Halo ODST.

Nintendo was smart. They said, lets just make a cheap system with a gimmick that everyone would fall for and slap a $250 price tag on it.
Heck I'm not bashing them, they were the smart ones this time around.
Sony would have it easier if they would've spent more time trying to find gimmicks than features that most consumers don't even know exist lol. However, I find the PS3 a lot more fun than the Wii by light years, ironic huh?

You know, there are people who have PCs therefore don't have to buy an xbox360 to get Alan Wake or Mass Effect 2. I'm sure the same would go for people who can't afford a PS3 but can buy FF14 on their PCs.
And first comment guy, nobody could care less about what platform you'll be geting this game on. Doesn't matter what platform you get it on as long as you get it, this game is gonna be amazing either way.

I like PSn better, it has all I need for free, if you like xbox live, that is your opinion and it obviously suits your gaming lifestyle better.
Now, I hate that some of you are completely flat out lieing about the PS3 version having less players hence the smoother online, that is completely stupid, I'm not saying the PSn version is better, if it is, I'm sure those are not Live's real servers.

never have I whined about a game's controls, I simply get use to them and march on. I would hate to see the day all FPS have the same darn controls.
Although I gotta admit something about the game didn't feel right, but it was still amazing!
I played the first Modern Warfare it was amazing, but I think I'll pass.
MAG comes bundled with one for only $60 then it will be a perfect deal.

difference is, fifa and madden are sports games, they NEED to be updated, Call of Duty gets bigger with every new installment and the fans love it.

But I think the devs made a smart move nontheless, we already have too many games that will be released around that time.
