Exactly, i would only consider it milking if they released the same halo every year with recycled multiplayer and a campaign which barely pushed the franchise forward (of course that doesn't include remakes and expansions).
Just by looking at how different and better halo 4 looks compared to older halos, no one should have the balls to even say 'milk'.

You make no sense. No one is claiming COD4 is the best right now. It was the best when it came out because of the innovation and the way it introduced the perk system, just like you said.
