this guy is very black and white. he is either very right or very wrong.
Wow. You didn't actually read the article, did you? Busted!
The article NEVER says Sony should lower the price. Not once. In fact, it never says anything bad about Sony or the Ps3 in anyway. All it talks about is the value proposition of the 360 and Wii now that the prices have been dropped and then asks what readers think about the price of the pS3. That's it. The piece never even states an opinion. It just asks a question. You are busted as a raging fanboy ready to ...
Just picked one up with a copy of Super Mario 3D Land!
Awesome :D
So this dude's story about the TV made a great point. When my parents upgraded from their old flat screen (37 inches) to their new 60 inch screen the difference was huge.
I never thought of it that way.
I can't tell which of you is right because you both seem to make good points.
I LOVE campaign co-op. Can't stress it enough.
Good points. We can't fully judge a system until we have tried it and experienced it with our own hands. I look forward to trying out Nintendo's new console.
Borderlands 2 has become one of my most anticipated titles.
Mine too. I want to see pure gaming at E3; no gimmicks, no stupidity, just a love of the games.
I'm pretty darn stoked about E3.
While I think people feel apprehensive for good reason - and the story raises some good questions - let's not pass too much judgment until the world has been able to play the game a bit.
Very impressive. I genuinely look forward to a revamped, updated Halo experience.
You aren't the only one.
You just have to get the right mentality and understand that the game was designed for the highest in gaming skills. It's not made for the masses, it's made for the dedicated.
Movie tie-ins almost never are, which is sad.
I challenge you to point out the potion of my comment where I say things are a "lie." In fact, when did I imply ANYTHING was a lie?
I simply pointed out that you made a lot of assumptions which tends to lead to oversimplification. No need to get those undies in a bunch, good buddy.
And I stand by what I said before: Everyone went on and on about the humongous increase in cost to make games in HD. Were they right? Yup. Do thousands of games exist for...
I think that what you have said is an oversimplification. Especially if next-gen consoles are designed to be more in line with PC structure, as is the current rumor. If that is the case, the costs won't be quite as high as it might seem.
Separately, everyone said the same thing of switching to HD gaming last gen...and yet, here we are, with thousands of games to choose from. Funny how that works...
This is a well-argued piece. Nice to see something with points to make about the value of another generation rather than yet more rumors.
I, for one, would love to get me some next-gen consoles ASAP. (If my wallet can handle it, haha.)
Gamecube all over again? (Loved the Gamecube, it just didn't sell well.)
people deserve to buy what they want with their money.
