Bring on the thumbs down. I'm looking forward to Crysis 3. Been a fan of the series for a while now.
I knew you wouldn't be able to resist. The grammar nazis are so predictable! Captain Killjoy away!
This game must be awesome, because I keep hearing everyone say they love it. How did this sneak up on me?
Considering hundreds of millions of people own Sony gaming platforms, but less than two million as of this writing actually have a Vita...wouldn't the vast bulk, by a humongous margin, still be waiting? If 100 million+ are still waiting, wouldn't "have" be the proper context? ;)
I don't feel that Party Chat is a deal-breaker, by any means, but I would love to see it on PS4. My brother and I are major gamers and often chat while we play games, even if the games are not the same. It's a way to share the experience and pleasure of gaming in general.
I am certainly glad to see it on Vita.
Killzone is a great franchise. I'm a longtime fan.
This is good news! I had no idea the title features a Left 4 Dead-style four-player co-op. The chance to fight Xenomorphs with my buddies (from the safety of my couch) is too much to miss out on.
This makes me want the game NOW.
Woot! I love Medal of Honor.
Stoked to get back in the Borderlands universe. Loved the first installment.
I give this update a six. I've seen worse, and I've seen better.
Can't wait. I'm a fan.
I can't wait for this game! I loved the original

I AM a father. As well as a husband, brother, and son.
You can spin the death row argument as irrelevant if you wish, but the point remains the same. Punishing a few innocent people seems like a reasonable idea if it makes the general populace safer...UNTIL YOU OR SOMEONE YOU LOVE is the one being punished.
If your son, father, brother, or best friend was facing unjust punishment of any type, whether being kicked off xbox live...
140 Americans were removed from death row between the year 2000 and 2011. They were exonerated because it turns out they were wrongly convicted. That's 140 human beings who were almost killed for crimes they didn't commit.
According to your statement, you would have put a bullet in every one of their heads. That means you would have murdered 140 innocent men and women.
That's the reason the justice system is a slow, complex process. Some people...
@DrStabwounds
And what about those who have reformed? What about those who were falsely convicted? Screw them, right? Let's take away things they paid for!
At least 140 people were wrongly put on death row in America between 2000 and 2011. Look up "List of Exonerated death row inmates on Wikipedia."
Well said.
Quoting Canadian Turtle Below:
"I actually bought the game all because of the free to play trial.
I mean, the full retail game."
That's food for thought right there.
I think any affect will come slowly and thru Sony first. If they find this successfully reinvigorated the community, why not do it with other games? If it continues to work, other companies looking to get more life (and $$) out of their games might follow suit.
Rendering judgment now seems not only premature, but doesn't take into account the way things work.
Now, of course, it may not work at all...but that remains to be seen.
Ah...used games. We meet again. Shall we fight?
I hear lag is a big issue for some peeps. I have OnLive and happen to have super-fast internet so it hasn't been much of an issue for me. Hopefully they can keep improving it.
