Wish Nintendo would follow suit.

Waaah waaah our profits aren't big enough! I mean, they're still growing and all, but we want it faster and NOW! Waaaah!

And they'll be patched over a 12 year period.

To be fair, that's just the corporate way in every business - run the popular thing into the ground until the well is dry, then repeat. Go for the quick/easy buck rather than the sustainable model.

GBC was more like a half sequel, a 1.5 of sorts. It wasn't as much of a tech upgrade and more of a new screen.

Activision hasn't had the license since 2018. That's the problem.

Most pure fun I had with any Mario game since Super Mario World.

I guarantee we'll never see a Steam Controller 3.

I love all three of the main Bethesda Fallout games, so I'll take any of them.

They should take the approach Capcom is taking with Resident Evil - alternate remake and new releases until they're caught up and all modernized.

They're way way way way too small to even consider taking on Sony and/or Nintendo anymore. Even if they hadn't screwed up the 32 bit era and beyond, the business has far outpaced them. Microsoft can't even buy their way into dominance.

Why would anyone trust any major corporation?

I'm sure they'll "break up" again, and then get back together, and rinse and repeat.

100% same here, except I won't bother with just an OLED upgrade since I play docked 95% of the time. If they up the battery life substantially, then I might be moved...
