Oh no, sounds like a move towards live service, weekly challenges and battle passes, wonder what they'd remaster though.
Where is Rayman though, ubisoft?
A port would be a lot better than using the awful stylus movement on DS, be cool if they did the same for spirit tracks.
ME3 had a dreadful ending to an otherwise solid game, ME2 is fantastic but ME1 feels very clunky and janky to play, seems the remaster will fix that though.
Unfortunately this will never see the light of day on any modern system, it's a licensing hell and MGM and Barbara Broccoli do not like games, Barbara has the typical boomer attitude towards them and as the IP holder they have 100% of the say in any past or present Bond game release, not Nintendo, not Microsoft, not Activision, but MGM.
Not to mention this leaked build is from 2007 which is a long time ago now, there wouild be issues with using the various actors likene...
They'll also probably be loads of cheaters on PC with modified stats and equipment, dont want to mix that with consoles.
A Japanese studio has never made a crash game so why Japan studio? Sony have 0 ownership of the IP, also what was wrong with crash 4? I dont know many crash fans that dislike it.
Activision are a scummy publisher but they've done a solid job with Crash, CTR and Spyro the last few years at least.
Well thank god that never actually happened.
The gap between the Pro and 1X is waaaaay smaller than the gap between the Series S and current gen systems so that's not an accurate comparison, having to cater for that machine can also limit overall game design than just turning down the resolution won't be able to make up for, not to mention this is a cross-gen game.
1.2 billion, for codemasters? Am I missing something here that justifies that price tag?
Crunch is crap but it is part of the field unfortunately, I know American has horrendous to non-existent workers rights compared to almost every other developed country though, so maybe most of the outcry comes from there which would be more understandable.
A lack of games certainly sets them apart.
Well, Tom Warren is biased af so is running around doing damage control now.
" And that isn't exclusives no one buys."
Rude, not very nice to talk about Microsoft's games like that.
Well considering all the goading about '9.2tf' and the constant harping about PS4.5 for months the backfiring comments shouldn't come as a surprise.
It'll be better once XSX gets directx25.
@lucas "significantly higher resolution" ?
Literally in the video it's native 1800p vs checkerboard 1800p, and the DF guys even say the visual difference is miniscule. But then coversely you have unity which has some drops, so ive and take.
"the huge size is also something worth mentioning just like having a better launch line-up and more innovative controller are worth mentioning"
@pete, one of those holds much more weight than the other.
I'll enjoy playing this 'old remastered game that doesnt have ray tracing' at 60fps with stunning visuals on my PS5 and no load times while you play old BC X1/360 games on your Xbox.
Hopefully they can lock it to 30fps at least if it does, it really doesn't run too well on base consoles with the unlocked framerate compared to enhanced consoles.
Hopeing for a PS5 version too, with HDR and maybe an optional 120fps mode this time.
Hopefully with a bit more effort put in to this one.
