Nobody needs to defend this game. My personal favorite game of all time, and inarguably in the top 10 for any gamer. Provided you weren't on your HZD vs BotW bs....

The combat has seen "drastic" changes. And that is one of the most important pieces. Nioh, the Surge, Bloodborne, and Dark Souls have never gotten old. Even after 200+ hours on each. That's what makes it fun. Fun gameplay + average story is still a great game to me.
Why? It's the only thing that made me pay attention to it. It's the only reason I bought the Surge and Nioh.
By the way, the combat in the new Assassins Creed is "Dark Souls-like".... :)

And the only reason the switch isn't getting the games you named, is because if its power, because they actually love the idea of the system.
Plus, FFXV is not something that needs a "to go" option, Splatoon does. It also needs to make sense for the platform.

Born in the 80's, Nintendo will always be one of my favorites. But I still pray someday they make a console that blows the others out of the water. They have many of the greatest games of all time, just a little lacking on power. But for now, the Pro covers everything that's not exclusive.
If you buy something new, it will cost more than if you wait. Also, some games just become free, like ps plus or games with gold. Do you demand money back if you bought a game that ends up being on ps plus?
