I don't see what the big deal is yet. Nobody here knows what they have planned for the remaining DLC. Nobody here is forced to buy the season pass either. But it could end up being huge. The DLC for the other games was for the most part fantastic. I've already bought the season pass and have 300 hours in the game already. Got my money's worth with more to come.
You don't have to finish the game right away. You don't have to buy and play every single game they release. I like long games because I enjoy them and I save money on my hobby. By the time I finish FO4 for example all those shorter games I want to play will be cheap.
People think going from PC to XBO just to play exclusives is just some simple thing.

Really wish PS4 would work on the 5ghz band. 5Ghz works way, way, way better for me on my laptop and HTPC. The 2.4Ghz signal can be awful at times. I live in an apartment, but ended up being lucky and managed to run a Ethernet wire through the wall without destroying anything. There's a cable plate(as in cable TV/internet) on both sides of the wall. Just took both of them off, ran a flat cord right through it, screwed them back in. No more laggy PS4.

I used to be broke too and pirated some games. I remember playing my pirated copy of Skyrim on my toaster. Toaster was equipped with a dual core Celeron and a Radeon HD 5450. Had to turn the game settings to low, then go into the driver settings to set the options in there like texture quality and mipmaps all to low. Ran that game at 30+ FPS N64 style with mods and had a blast.

RE7 better be good. After replaying RE HD and RE0 HD, I confirmed what I thought all along, I don't like the newer RE games. With Resident Evil 5 though, they made one of the greatest games ever made IMO. But not the main story that was trash, The Mercenaries in that game kept me hooked for nearly 6 years.

I got sick of playing it. The grind was okay at first, I'm used to it as a RPG lover. But then doing those same bounties over and over and over to level up your weapons and armor just got too boring. Doing those same strikes, the general of the big guys, the scream queen, the big spider that leads to the big eye. Just got old. Witcher 3 came out when I stopped playing it haven't looked back been playing game after game having a blast.

Dark Souls had a story, it wasn't much but you got the idea of what you were doing and what was going on. Dark Souls 2 didn't have a story at all though, unless you made one up in your head. I had no idea what I was doing, no idea why I was there, no idea what was going on around me. All I know is at some point I'd run into characters that were as confused as I was. Then you talk to a dragon, kill the queen, and the credits roll.

RE0 was probably one of my most played Gamecube games. With that said, a 10/10 is a bit much.
Well if you don't like old school Resident Evil games, then you won't like RE0 HD.
Like the other comments, this game ain't underrated. In fact it's rated quite highly, it just isn't out for most of us yet.
I agree that every game should come to PC. But they can keep this game. It's the type of game if you don't buy the latest DLC you ain't playing. I mean, technically you can play, but you'll be at a disadvantage in multiplayer, and nobody will let you join their raid team.
A perfect remake wouldn't change anything that made the game great. This will be far from perfect, starting with the battle system.
