Looks like a fun party, I don't see any issues here.
People who have a PC aren't going to buy a PS4 for PSVR, that would be 900 dollars for an experience that would be worse than the Vive for 800, or Rift for 600. People who don't have a PS4 or PC would be more attracted by the combined price. But would non gamers who want to try VR be willing to give up that kind of money? I kind of doubt it.
I think PS4 gamers who are interested in VR will get PSVR, and PC gamers interested in VR will get one of the VR devices coming out.

Well duh, maxed out PC version looked a lot better than last gen consoles. In fact it still holds up really good 7 years later. That's why the ports are only for PS4 and XBO.

You are entitled to a service you pay for. It's not whining, because it's not free. I know the services get hit with a bunch of DDOS attacks from scumbags, but it's their job to protect their service from that. And they should reimburse their customers with more membership time to make up for what was lost. I noticed free games mentioned in the article. Not everybody wants those games, but they want the membership time they paid for.

There's no holes, it goes around the cushion for the back. You should be able to get your fingers around each side of it and lift it out a little.
I have a Classic series chair and had a Racing series chair. If it making loud noises and falling down it's definitely faulty and sucks that they are handling it so poorly. I haven't needed to contact them about anything yet, hope I don't have to go through the BS. I do however have the same issue with the plastic pieces for the side, they don't go in all the way. I just kind of punched it on there to the point where it sticks and looks okay but loose if you hit it.

I hope they fix the game though. The FPS is a butter smooth 60, until somebody throws a totem and it drops to like 15. I haven't noticed any network lag in game, but getting a party into a game can be a pain in the ass. Sometimes somebody will get kicked from the party, or will drop from the game before it starts. Then if you're the person who gets kicked the menu gets all messed up because the previous menu and the new menu are right on top of each other.

From what I've read they don't support exclusive fullscreen, and force v sync. I always play my games with exclusive fullscreen and vsync because I have a gsync monitor. They need to fix that shit.

I say that because if you don't have a PS4 you aren't going to buy one just for VR. That would be 300+ for PS4 on top of the headset's price too which will put it at about the same price as the other headsets anyway.

Once I went PC I barely went back to console gaming. But I can tell you now it's not for everyone. I love getting under the hood and adjusting things. Most people pay other people to do that kind of stuff for them though.
It's not just the online community that's the problem. It's people in general. The same people who throw trash on the ground are the same people who call you a faggot online even when you haven't said a word to them.
