Honestly I can't wait, looter shooters have become synonymous with garbage lately, whether it's anthem or destiny, both looter shooters that constantly go against and screw over the player intentionally. I can't wait for the return of borderlands, this gen showed me just how important this game is, please help steer the genre away from the toxic cesspool it has become, if we lose borderlands to it, i'm afraid there's little to no hope for looter shooters.
Check the comments, everyone is literally complaining about it being focused on VR or they are Nintendo trolls saying "wow no Animal Crossing or no Metroid.. dislike" Kind of immature tbh... but what do you expect when your target demographic is kids

Honestly I think all Gamecube games are worthy of re releases/remasters/remakes. Luigi's Mansion, Mario Sunshine, Pokemon Colosseum/XD, Paper Mario TTYD, and Kirby Air Ride. All of those games I would LOVE to see again I mean Windwaker and Twilight princess both got remastered.. so why not these? Cmon make it happen Nintendo.. ESPECIALLY Pokemon Colosseum and XD PLEASE
You actually think theres only a 5% difference in terms of AAA third party games..... you can't actually be serious, and if you are there is no talking sense to you.
@Zeldafan64 The switch gets at most.. 20% of multiplatform AAA third party games. So no, other platforms would not lose as big of a percentage of their games.

I'm sorry but I really don't understand people who think this sounds like a good idea. What do we really gain from this kind of model? let's actually do this.
1. No downloads means you'll have a full game library ready the second you connect to the internet.
2. Because it is streaming, powerful hardware is not necessary, in theory you would never have to upgrade hardware ever again.

I am actually very surprised how good the games look visually, very surprising honestly, nintendo are true magicians. I mean it could look worse in actual VR mode, and probably will due to 720p but still very impressive!
I mean why else would a company with their own console start releasing their games on competing consoles? Other than the fact that they aren't happy with sales on their own hardware... it logically makes sense. On a side note I am now about 90% we will see some MS rep in Smash.
You're right, right now it's a one way street, really just Microsoft helping Nintendo, which is why I think there's a possibility we'll see a few Nintendo games on Xbox soon, maybe the next gen console? I don't know, but I could also be very wrong, we'll just have to see.
Honestly, this partnership makes a lot of sense, each one has what the other lacks, Microsoft lacks games, and Nintendo lacks a decent online, I would think some Nintendo games will start appearing on Xbox any day now, maybe a big reveal at E3? I don't know... I could of course be very wrong, but to me it makes sense.
