I can see where they are coming from and there look to be alot of great First Party titles but it would still be nice to grab a few third party exclusives here and there.
360 does have a better RPG lineup this year, however; PS3 RPG fans will not be bored with titles such as Fallout 3, Valkyrie Chronicles, Disgaea 3, and Persona 4(PS2) there will plenty to do. Next Year the PS3 will have the much better RPG lineup with White Knight Chronicles, FF13, The PS3 Tales game (Rumored),the PS3 version of Last Remnant, and possible FFv13.
High School Musical???? Is that a sick practical joke? Please say High School Musical is not on a list of top 30 most anticipated games. This list is really a joke missed a few big ones such as God of War 3, Motorstorm, Socom, Alan Wake, and Too Human.

Did you just say secured? Can you please explain? PS3 outsells 360 everyweek in Europe and most multiplatform titles perform better on the PS3 in europe. I have no idea how they have secured Europe. Has for America they may be winning but they have not secured it. PS3 has outsold the 360 in 3 of the 6 months this year and one of the months that the ps3 lost it was within 5k units. I really have no idea what your talking about. I wish some people would realize that 360 will not not beat the ps...
Well I can see how this applies to PS3 and 360 owners but the vast majority of gamers own a Wii or ps2 and they have no online connection so how can they be spending there time online. As for the guy above me you know deep down that after 2.4 360 will hold no advantages over the PS3 in terms of features.
Why do people say MGS4 had no significant impact on console sales? Did the PS3 not sell 200,000 more units WW than it usually does in the two days the game was out? I do not see how they get this information even if the ps3 went immediately back to its normal sell rate ( which I doubt it will) it will still sell 200,000 more consoles then if the game didn't come out. Well I guess we will see for sure when NPD data comes out next month, but I think you can expect the PS3 to beat the 360 by at ...

I guess since the PS3 has had such positive momentum lately, kotaku needs to post something to keep them down.
Well you may think these numbers are awful but this happens to almost all games in Japan they do well one week and they drop the next by a huge amount more so then in other regions. USA should see a smaller drop and Europe may see even a smaller drop because the game as yet to be released in Spain. You may see PS3 outsell the 360 by another 100,000 units and mgs4 should sell another 400,000 copies.
They are missing Disgaea 3, but not bad for season when there is usually no games.
If you get what you pay for then doesn't that mean the PS3 is superior because it is more expensive?
It saying most 45 - up gamers have a ps3 not most ps3 gamers are 45 and up the vast majority of ps3 gamers are most likely 16-25
If you look at any multiplatform game thats sell at least half way decent in Japan, the game almost always sells better on PS3. The only region where the X-box 360 version of games sell better is in the USA. In Europe and especially in Japan the game will sell better on PS3. Look at sales for DMC4, DBZ Burst Limit, and Dynasty Warriors they all sold better on PS3. I think if these games are any indication then RE5 will sell better on the PS3. I think Capcom knows this so if they were offered...

Nothing is creative and I do not see this being such a big deal PS3 users really want this stuff so Sony is giving it to them. Sony is one of the only gaming companies coming out with new original IPs Little Big Planet, Infamous, White Knight Chronicles, the list can go on. Why do you think they are never securing exclusives they are focusing on making their own games.
Dead rising is not a great game its OK. Mass Effect is not a great game either its good but not great.
In what way? Apple has a great OS but in terms of hardware Viaos are better than macs. Sony's walkman are better than ipods. Other than that apple doesnt have anything while Sony makes tons of reliable hardware , Releases Movies, Music, Video Games and on top of all that they own 50 percent of Game Show Network. I mean Game Show Newtork is a great channel you cant argue that.
To not put LBP on the list is a huge mistake i guess that would of made the PS3 lineup look like the best one. We wouldn't want that would we?
