a lot of the speed running culture believes that anything you can do to cut time out to get to the end screen is OK, as long as any other player can also use that glitch it doesn't actually change the mechanics of the speed run.
you'll see that many of the top speed runs for old school games involve a strange wall glitch to remove large parts of the game
holy crap the next to last guy was doing cellulose research for dupont at age 11... wtf
Idon't like comparing SR and GTA because to me what was fun about SR how you can level up your char and personalize it, while in GTA there is really no RPG aspects like levling up a weapon type or earing better health regen.
So even though the serious nature of GTA appeals to me more, SR to me, is a way more fun game, especially considering the gang wars are pretty much amazing, and there isn't much in GTA4 like that...
story quality : WTF ?

Forbes has been writing about gaming for a while, I usually use their articles to showcase gaming to my family, as a means to "legitimize" my thoughts.
they forgot on purpose
they forgot to add the last part of the title...
Bioshock Infinite ditches GFWL for Steamworks, becomes playable on PC.
On Moby Dick Studio's Site is says that the CEO of the company is Joakim Mogren, who worked for American developers before putting together a team from Scandinavia.
Thing is, Google Joakim Mogren, nothing comes up at all. Secondly, Joakim is indeed an anagram for Kojima, and Mogren has the word Ogre right in, leading many people to believe this is Kojima's fabled "Project Ogre."
hopefully SaSe finds a good team, maybe Axiom
Concurrent, as in, there was 6 million people either playing a game, have it running in background, or looking at the store at one time.
I'm sure they had 6 million accounts long ago, yes.
mmmmmm 8 gb ram...... oh the games they will make for this thing.... it will be good
nostalgiaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
chillbumps
I agree with the article. To me, it seems like things like inventory, maps, and the like are just asking to be on your second screen.
Imagine, for a moment, that once you found the dungeon map, you could track your progress actively on the second screen, instead of having a minimap or a pull up map like in previous Zelda titles. It just seems.... perfect. Further, imagine being able to use touch and swipes to rotate and zoom onto a 3D map of the dungeon... tantalizing.
@FEZ
whoa, thats an insanely badass idea
Actually, "technical wizardy" like mega texturing is all well and good, but in reality there is a limit to what you should NEED to do in the respect.
If what you are saying is really true, why doesnt GTA4 run on an ipad, or why doesnt wow move to consoles?
Because in the end, after all the techincal wizardy you can muster, there is a real limit to your creativity when hardware simply wont handle your idea.
Case and point: Tons of we...
True, he may be no devil, but he does have a strong thematic connection to fallen angels, Lucifer as an example.
i was really on the fence about it anyways, and there is no call for me to feed nintendo a few hundred more bucks when they do questionable business like this.
not sure that counts as reaching, as im well more than happy to spend that few hundred elsewhere
Think it stands for UHOH right about now. If this is true, I sure as hell wont be buying one.
