Release more AAA games for it, lower the price on the memory cards properly and the system will sell.
Vita as a hardware handheld is brilliant machine, it needs a proper bundle with higher memory card included.
It's also time to lower the price to 169.00$
I love Metal Gear series however there should be re evaluation of the price if this is true. We will find out soon enough, sadly I'm holding off with the purchase until I see some more information.
I'm still waiting on a decent price drop for 1.5TB hard drive, I have been eyeing the 1TB drive for few weeks now, they are actually at good price point however I don't think just doubling my current 500GB is worth it in the long run.
Should be ok for this year, hopefully I can find good price for larger one
I started my gaming on the PC in the early 90s and while it's been a while since my last upgrade I still enjoy Starcraft 2, CSS: Source and Dota 2 on daily basis alongside my PS3 and PS4.
Which is exactly why I will be upgrading to a new PC at some point this year, I have yet to decide however if I should do it the traditional way or look into the Steam Machines.
There is no reason why people should skip on the PC gaming and their console of choice tog...
If it was the playstation console that had lesser hardware build and current issues then it would matter right?
At that point I can almost guarantee we would be seeing hourly articles bashing the system and every resolution and frame would matter..
This is nothing more than a hypocritical piece of opinion from someone who is trying to damage control lesser and more expensive hardware that deserves all the negativity it's getting.
This...
Thank god.
Multi-player only game and it will cost as much as a regular game? This is one practice I won't support.
Good luck with that.
I agree with you however what will happen two-three years down the road when more demanding graphics will be used.
The demand and optimization will go up higher as well. More powerful hardware, in this case, the PS4 will have an easier time achieving 1080p & 60FPS.
Typical PR control. They should focus on the games for the console and giving the gamers their money worth.
As it stands right now, every single one of my co-workers and close friends are looking for the PS4..and they already own Xbox One.
What will happen a year from now when we see major third party games arrive and we see even more difference between the two consoles. Not to mention exclusive titles.
You can try and justify the purcha...
Most of the time online portion of the game takes away from the single player focused experience, this is evident with numerous games of the last generation.
However I do agree with you when it's done properly, think The Last of Us, Uncharted 2 etc. Online can actually extend and enhance the game even more.
Sadly, that's a rarity. Too many times multi-player is tackled and lackluster for the sake purpose of:"let's just add it" we might sell few more...
If done right, absolutely, however if its going to impact single player then it's better not to include it. We have plenty of multi-player games to play.
Some games aren't meant to have online and should focus on the single player as intended :)
I very much doubt Definite Edition looks anywhere near the quality of Killzone Shadow Fall which I'm playing right now.
Killzone is a truly beautiful game on many levels and a true next generation title.
It all depends on the quality of the streaming service. At this time, we really don't know the pricing, which titles are going to be available and how will average home user experience differ.
Look forward to trying it out for myself.
Finally, an Alien game where it's supposed feel like you were going to get ripped in pieces on every corner.
Less pew pew and more survival horror, that's how Alien game should be made. :)
Very much look forward to this installation after the uther mess Colonial Marines were.
Finally, properly done LOTR game not counting the decent MMO version.
Its a great sign, looking forward to many games this year alone :)
That's pretty crazy.. It's the size of the 95% full size PS3 and Xbox 360 games..
Utterly ridiculous.. How are people who have cap limit on their Internet supposed to work around this massive update?
This should had been included when the game shipped..
My god.. of course it's a more powerful unit.. for 4 times the price point..
I'm sorry, that's just not feasible nor affordable for majority of the gamers..
Look forward to the game.
I agree, I picked up PSP when Final Fantasy Crisis Core arrived, such a great game.
