Case in point. Look at the Diablo 3 Ultimate Edition.
It's superb on the console and it's selling superbly.
MMO was also PC specifically oriented, but look at the Final Fantasy 14: Realm Reborn. And to my personal knowledge, I hooked up the M/K to the PS4 and I'm playing the full PC experience.

Very well deserved, one of the best single player games I played in a very long time. The excelent multiplayer is only a fantastic bonus.

At least that's what my wife Is eagerly expecting, as for myself, Assassins Creed Unity, Dragon Age Inquisition, Lords of the Fallen, Drive Club, The Evil Within and the new Alien game will wrap up the year.
The rest will be catching up on the games I haven't even opened yet. I'm looking at you InFamous Second Son. :)

There really isn't any competition here. I love Tomb Raider franchise however, Naughty Dog and Uncharted/Last of Us is on a different level of quality.

This is Activision, I expect numerous and expensive DLC to hit Destiny within the first 2-3 months of the game release. So much content appears to be locked up I have a sad feeling the DLC won't be the only aspect that gamers will have to pay for..
Personally, I had a great time playing thorough the story portion of the game and this will probably be only reason with some solo exploration on the side where I will play.

Interesting, it seems like only indie developers and in house first party Sony team will push the PS4 boundaries. Politics or not, it's sad. Money, greed and business model will always take precedence.
Either way, Witcher will be a great game to experience, bring the original two Witcher games CD Projekt to next generation guys! :)
Completely agree, the 7 day and especially the 30 days rental are well priced.
The 90 days needs work the most. I also find it interesting how out of 120 available titles the article focused on 3-4 newest games to make an example of bad prices while ignoring the others completely..

I believe that you also need a decent upload speed as well. Since the server is communicating back and forward to your console, it will need a decent upload speed as well.
Few months ago I had 15down/3upload speed and I had difficulty streaming movies in HD. During the movie the quality would fluctuate back and forward inconsistently.
Few weeks ago I upgraded to 60down/10up and no more issues.
So far I tested Dead or Alive 5, Of Orcs and Man...
Fantastic single player and very good multiplayer. One of those rare gems that come once in a few years.
Completed it twice on the PS3 but haven't plunged with the PS4 version as of yet. Currently playing through some PS Now rentals that I didn't play before purchasing PS4.

It's a step into the right direction, with PS+ growing, PlayStation Now needs to be priced accordingly and with optional, possible subscription idea alongside the current pricing model.

Unfortunately after playing the Aplha and Beta extensively I have to agree, Destiny retail copy will be bare bones offering.
The ridiculous prices that push to 100$ for few extra features are indication of worse things to come.
I honesty had a great time with the game but I believe Destiny will be major player in breeding gamers wallets with every month or two in DLC costs.

Yeah, true as well. It was pretty impressive seeing some of the accomplishment first party developers were able to pull off.
